Barceloneta

Travels

A full day on the beach of Barceloneta has been spend. So incredibly nice, I really think everything here is nice! The only drawback if you ask me, is that its an open beach which means there are lot of people as you can see in the image. I like the private beaches more, where there is no kids running around etc, so if you know anyone please let me know! When we were going too eat, we did not search much so we sat at Arenal and they had good food. Now it’s pool time  😉

Hi! I am a Barcelona native and I can assure you that here EVERY beach is public, so, unfortunatelly, you will find children everywhere (I hate it too). However, if you can (I am not sure how many time you are staying here) you can go to beaches outside barcelona, which are better and not that crowded. A good idea would be Garraf beach (going to the south) or Sant Pol’s one (to the north), which I personally love, you can go both by train! Also, if you want a good place to have lunch at the beach, you can go to restaurants SEGONS MERCAT and LA BOTIGA, they are very good and not that expensive. I hope this helped you a little, and if you need further advice just ask me! Enjoy your time at my beautiful city
