Här kommer några magövningar jag utförde förra veckan där ni inte behöver ett gym för. SÅ, ni kommer inte undan nu, planera in det i veckan, tar 45 minuter max. Ni kommer känna er så stolta efteråt, do it!

Here are some ab exercises I did last week where you don’t need a gym for. SO, you will not get away now, plan it in your week schedule, it takes 45 minutes max. You will feel so proud afterwards, do it!

Bicycle crunch: 30 reps 3 set on each side
Plank tucks: 30 reps 3 set on each side
Side crunch: 20 reps 3 set on each side
Side plank: 1 min on both sides
Plank: 2 min
