TRY SOMETHING NEW INSTED OF GIVING UP

Something that makes me reduce my motivation is when lose focus on my training and diet. When I have days without good routines and constantly have to “start over” again. Sometimes I like that feeling, but after a while you get tired. Something that has helped me a lot the past is to vary in my training. To try something new, maybe something you have never done before. So, now the past few weeks I have included balance training into my schedule. I have always had a bad balance and therefore I see it as a new challenge. I don’t only focus on the balance, I’m trying to do exercises that balance training is included. You aren’t always on top, you will meet reverses that reduces the motivation but try to find a new challenge instead of giving up. How else will you find out the training you are interested in if you don’t try? Try, try & try until you find your thing, when that happens you will realize how much more fun it is to train and it doesn’t become a burden, more like something you just want to do everyday! Think about that 🙂 Love to you <3


NĂ„gonting som fĂ„r mig att tappa motivation Ă€r nĂ€r jag slarvar med trĂ€ningen och kosten. NĂ€r det gĂ„r dagar utan bra rutiner och man hela tiden mĂ„ste “börja om”. Ibland gillar jag sjĂ€lvklart den kĂ€nslan, men efter ett tag sĂ„ tröttnar man. NĂ„got som dĂ€remot har hjĂ€lpt mig mycket det senaste Ă€r att variera i trĂ€ningen. Att testa nĂ„got nytt, nĂ„got som man aldrig gjort tidigare. SĂ„, nu har jag sedan nĂ„gra veckor tillbaka inkluderat balanstrĂ€ning i mitt schema. Jag har alltid haft dĂ„lig balans och dĂ€rför ser jag det som en ny utmaning. Jag fokuserar inte enbart pĂ„ balansen utan försöker göra övningar dĂ€r balanstrĂ€ning ingĂ„r. Man Ă€r inte alltid pĂ„ topp, man stöter pĂ„ motgĂ„ngar som minskar motivationen men försök att hitta en ny utmaning istĂ€llet för att ge upp. Hur ska man annars hitta grenar man Ă€r intresserad av om man inte testar? Testa, testa och testa tills du hittar din grej, och nĂ€r det hĂ€nder kommer du inse hur mycket roligare det Ă€r att trĂ€na och det kommer inte kĂ€nnas som ett mĂ„ste, mer som en grej du tycker om och vill göra varje dag!     samo sam ti htjela rec da si mi veelika inspiracija, kad vidim tebe odmah pozelim bit ko ti haha. trudim se, trudim, bila sam mrsavica, prvo sam morala poradit na debljanju, u teretani sam vec godinu dana, a sad je doslo vrijeme da mi trbuh bude ljepsi nego ikad haha. prosla sam tvoj blog, nasla super vjezbe za trbuh i nadam se da cu do ljeta bit barem upola utegnuta i savrsenog trbuha ko ti. hvala ti sto postojis, sto dijelis svoje vjezbe s nama, oprosti na smetnji i hvala jos jednom:*
