Good morning beautiful you <3 I have just packed my gym clothes and shall shortly go to the gym with mami. Just thought I’d share this good lunch I did yesterday. I ate something similar like this at Natascha place and really liked it! So, on to the recipe now. I started to evaporate onion in a frying pan in olive oil and then I put in the chicken there (small pieces). When it almost looked to be done, I put vegetables in it and lowered the heat a little. To get the perfect taste I added 3 tablespoons turkish yoghurt, 2 spoons coconut flakes and spices such as salt, pepper, chilli, curry and garlic. The spices can you choose according to taste. Voila! Super good not nearly advanced to cook 🙂 I really love strong food the fact that it increases the fat burning is only good haha. However, you should be careful to not eat it too often. HUGS <3

God morgon fina ni <3 Har precis packat ner gymklĂ€derna och ska alldeles strax ivĂ€g till gymmet med mami. Jag tĂ€nkte bara dela med mig av en god lunch som jag gjorde igĂ„r. Jag Ă„t nĂ„got liknande hos Natascha och tyckte verkligen om det! SĂ„ vidare till receptet nu. Jag började med att avdunsta lök i en stekpannan pĂ„ olivolja och sedan la jag in kyckling som jag delat i smĂ„ bitar. NĂ€r det nĂ€stan sĂ„g ut att vara klart sĂ„ la ja in de wookade grönsakerna och sĂ€nkte vĂ€rmen en aning. För att fĂ„ den perfekta smaken tillsatte jag 3 matskedar turkisk yoghurt, 2 skedar kokos flingor och kryddor som salt, peppar, chili, curry och vitlök. Kryddorna kan man alltsĂ„ vĂ€lja efter smak. Voila! super gott inte alls avancerat att tillaga 🙂 Sen Ă€lskar jag verkligen stark mark och att det ökar fettförbrĂ€nningen gör inte mig nĂ„got haha. Men, man ska vara noga med att inte Ă€ta det alltför ofta. KRAM <3

Before I went to Barcelona, I visited Nadia at the newly opened salon “Rapideforbrows”. There, she fixed my eyebrows while I got me some more products from Anastasia and I’m stuck.  She napped my eyebrows with thread, the best I’ve tried. Will always do it from now on, so Nadia if you read this I’ll see you next time! They also have some treatments that you can look at here. Then the also have the Anastasia products so you can look at them on the spot! See you soon :*

Innan jag Ă„kte till Barcelona besökte jag Nadia pĂ„ den nyöppnade salongen “Rapideforbrows”. DĂ€r fixade hon till mina ögonbryn samtidigt som jag fick med mig lite mer produkter frĂ„n Anastasia som jag för övrigt Ă€r beroende av. Hon noppade mina ögonbryn med trĂ„d, det bĂ€sta jag provat. Kommer hĂ€rdan efter alltid göra med trĂ„d, sĂ„ Nadia om du lĂ€ser detta ses vi nĂ€sta gĂ„ng! De har Ă€ven en del behandlingar som man kan kika pĂ„ hĂ€r. BANANA PANCAKES

A good breakfast I enjoyed in Barcelona. I have something for banana pancakes. I have started to eat it more and more now. Healthy and easy to prepare so why not? You can also add protein powder, just as good if you ask me 🙂 The recipe is additionally so amazingly simple! For 2 people, you will need 2 bananas, 2 eggs and 1 spoonful of coconut flakes. Mash everything and fry in coconut oil like regular pancakes. Note that these are a little thicker so I tend to lower the heat slightly. Hope you like it!

En god frukost jag avnjöt i Barcelona. Jag har nĂ„got för bananpannkakor. Börjat Ă€ta det mer och mer nu pĂ„ senare tid. Nyttigt och enkelt att tillaga sĂ„ why not? Man kan Ă€ven tillĂ€gga proteinpulver, lika gott om du frĂ„gar mig 🙂 Receptet Ă€r dessutom sĂ„ himla simpelt! För 2 personer behöver du 2 bananer, 2 Ă€gg och 1 sked kokos. Mosa allting till en smek och stek pĂ„ kokosolja som vanliga pannkakor. Observera att dessa Ă€r lite tjockare sĂ„ jag brukar sĂ€nka vĂ€rmen en aning. Hoppas ni gillar det!

The last day in Barcelona, me Tash and Oscar spent on a really awesome location and did some shooting. So fun to discover new parts of Barcelona! And also spend time with people who have the same interests. Now I’m sitting on the train towards home. Missing my family and the gym! However, I am so incredibly exited for the gym later and I’m doing at least 60 minutes on the crosstrainer! I have had many cheat days now, too many so now is the time to give it all (!!)

Sista dagen i Barcelona spenderades pÄ en riktigt grym location med Tash och Oscar. SÄ kul att upptÀcka nya delar av Barcelona! Och samtidigt att spendera tid med mÀnniskor som har likadana intressen. Nu sitter jag pÄ tÄget hem. Saknat familjen och gymmet! Jag Àr dÀremot sÄ himla taggad till gymmet senare,  minst 60 min crosstrainer! Jag har haft mÄnga cheat days nu, för mÄnga sÄ nu Àr dags att ge jÀrnet (!!)

TRY SOMETHING NEW INSTED OF GIVING UP

Something that makes me reduce my motivation is when lose focus on my training and diet. When I have days without good routines and constantly have to “start over” again. Sometimes I like that feeling, but after a while you get tired. Something that has helped me a lot the past is to vary in my training. To try something new, maybe something you have never done before. So, now the past few weeks I have included balance training into my schedule. I have always had a bad balance and therefore I see it as a new challenge. I don’t only focus on the balance, I’m trying to do exercises that balance training is included. You aren’t always on top, you will meet reverses that reduces the motivation but try to find a new challenge instead of giving up. How else will you find out the training you are interested in if you don’t try? Try, try & try until you find your thing, when that happens you will realize how much more fun it is to train and it doesn’t become a burden, more like something you just want to do everyday! Think about that 🙂 Love to you <3


NĂ„gonting som fĂ„r mig att tappa motivation Ă€r nĂ€r jag slarvar med trĂ€ningen och kosten. NĂ€r det gĂ„r dagar utan bra rutiner och man hela tiden mĂ„ste “börja om”. Ibland gillar jag sjĂ€lvklart den kĂ€nslan, men efter ett tag sĂ„ tröttnar man. NĂ„got som dĂ€remot har hjĂ€lpt mig mycket det senaste Ă€r att variera i trĂ€ningen. Att testa nĂ„got nytt, nĂ„got som man aldrig gjort tidigare. SĂ„, nu har jag sedan nĂ„gra veckor tillbaka inkluderat balanstrĂ€ning i mitt schema. Jag har alltid haft dĂ„lig balans och dĂ€rför ser jag det som en ny utmaning. Jag fokuserar inte enbart pĂ„ balansen utan försöker göra övningar dĂ€r balanstrĂ€ning ingĂ„r. Man Ă€r inte alltid pĂ„ topp, man stöter pĂ„ motgĂ„ngar som minskar motivationen men försök att hitta en ny utmaning istĂ€llet för att ge upp. Hur ska man annars hitta grenar man Ă€r intresserad av om man inte testar? Testa, testa och testa tills du hittar din grej, och nĂ€r det hĂ€nder kommer du inse hur mycket roligare det Ă€r att trĂ€na och det kommer inte kĂ€nnas som ett mĂ„ste, mer som en grej du tycker om och vill göra varje dag! Hello there! Now I’m home from wonderful Barcelona. Spent some cozy days there and the only downside was the fact that it was cold. However, it was nice to get away a little and see the sun, something we don’t see a lot of here in Sweden this period. This day consisted of shopping, good food and cosy time with my babe. It was the second time I visited the city and became even more in love in it!

Hej pÄ er! Nu Àr jag hemma frÄn underbara Barcelona. Spenderade nÄgra mysiga dagar dÀr och den enda nackdelen var faktiskt att det var kallt. Men, det var skönt att komma bort lite och fÄ se sol, nÄgot som vi haft dÄligt av hÀr i Sverige. Denna dagen bestod av shopping, god mat och mys tillsammans med min babe. Det var andra gÄngen jag besökte staden och blev bara Ànnu mer kÀr!
