High on my “Motivation-list” is clothes/shoes and music. Having nice workout clothes that fits really good, makes me wanna workout even more. The same applies to music. When I have awesome songs to listen to, I love working out. Since I do a lot of cardio, music is important for me. Now recently I’ve also started to watch series, which makes the time go even faster when standing on the treadmill/crosstrainer (tips). Högt upp på min “Motivation-lista” ligger kläder/skor och musik. Har jag snygga träningskläder, som sitter bra blir jag mer motiverad till att träna! Detsamma gäller musik, har jag grymma låtar blir jag väldigt pepp på att köra hårt. Eftersom att jag kör en hel del cardio är musiken viktigt. Nu på senare tid har jag börjat kolla på serier vilket gör att tiden går ännu fortare när man står på bandet (tips). Ovan har ni lite träningsinspo samt en del låtar som är på repeat just nu. Nu vill jag veta, vad motiverar ER? Love, S

    What motivates me the most is definitely good music and progress. When i see progress on my body, I just wanna work out even harder. Your Snapchats from the gym are also a motivation 😁💪

    So happy to read someone else is motivated when they have new workout clothes! 😀 That makes me go and do a workout with more joy, but the intensity of my workout always depends on the music I listen.
