We visited the famous Ermitage that is actually one of the worlds largest museums. This is a must if you visit this city. The beauty inside (& outside) is incredable!

Then it was time for the Guess gala and I went for a more elegant look. Do you like it?

Later it was finally time for the Fashion show which was WOW. Such a spectacular show and so many beautiful items coming. After the show it was time for dinner. Look how beautiful they arranged it? Like everything else during this trip!

Hello beauties! I’m home from Russia and right now I’m doing my emails, cleaning and yeah, doing 100 things at the same time per usual hehe 🙂 The stay in Russia was amazing but very intense as you see on the pictures. In two days we had a “General session” by Paul Marciano and a few other guests, sightseeing, a gala, ice skating, fashion show and a party. I was there with Natascha and Stephanie that I already know but I also met other influencers from different countries as well as many Russian models. Always as fun with new people! This was a very fun and well-planned event organized by GUESS so thank you so much guys for inviting me! Love, S

Hej finisar! Jag Ă€r hemma frĂ„n Ryssland och tar igen lite med mejlen, stĂ€dar och gör helt enkelt 100 saker samtidigt hehe 🙂 Vistelsen i Ryssland var grym men vĂ€ldigt intensiv som ni ser. Please can we talk about the weather here in Malmö? Yesterday  we had sunshine and 17 degrees and suddenly we went from winter to summer, that my friends, is Sweden 😉 However, it was so nice, even though I was sweating a little bit in the outfit above hehe. As you can see, I went for a sporty look and chose to match it with my new leopard sunglasses from Maui Jim. If you know me, you know that I love the leopard print and specially on glasses. So, me and Alen decided to take a walk in the city so I just put on my sunglasses and off we went. The city center was full of people and you could really feel how everyone was happy and satisfied. Imagine if every day could be like this?

SnĂ€lla kan vi prata om vĂ€dret hĂ€r i Malmö? IgĂ„r hade vi hela 17 grader sol och plötsligt gick vi frĂ„n vinter till sommar, det dĂ€r hörrni, det dĂ€r Ă€r Sverige 😉 Det var sĂ„ himla skönt trots att jag svettades lite i outfiten ovan hehe. Som ni ser valde jag att köra pĂ„ en sportig look och matcha den med mina nya solglasögon frĂ„n Maui Jim. Om ni kĂ€nner mig sĂ„ vet ni att jag Ă€lskar leopard mönster, speciellt pĂ„ solglasögon. Hur som helst, jag och Alen bestĂ€mde oss för att ta en runda i stan sĂ„ det vara bara att sĂ€tta pĂ„ sig solglasögonen och Ă„ka in. VĂ€l i stan möttes vi av massvis med mĂ€nniskor och man kĂ€nde verkligen hur glada och nöjda alla var. TĂ€nk om varje dag kunde vara sĂ„hĂ€r? Love, S

Incline: 15, speed: 8 = 64:39min, 1006 cal, 8,5km

It’s quite sick but I have some kind of addicted of burning as much calories as I can haha. It just feels so good and I love it! Anyone who recognize themselves? In fact, I want to loose some fat on my body and that’s why my focus has been on cardio and burning calories for a while. Then I will not lie, I love the crosstrainer and the treadmill and I like to vary them. I usually play with the incline and the speed until I find what suits me and my body. However, today I want to tell you how you will burn a lot of calories.

The other day I tried to raise the incline to the max, which is 15 on my treadmill and I chose the speed 8. This became powerwalking for my part and I felt it was perfect, it was tough but enough for me to do 60 minutes. Wow, it was so fun and tomorrow I’ll do the same, maybe I dare to raise the speed a bit, ah we’ll see! You should try and if you do, let me know <3 It’s important that you choose a incline and speed that suits you,  one that is not too hard but still difficult. You can do it! Love, S

Det Àr helt sjukt men jag har typ ett beroende av att brÀnna sÄ mycket kalorier som det gÄr haha. Det kÀnns bara sÄ bra och jag Àlskar det! NÄgon som kÀnner igen sig? Faktum Àr att jag vill gÄ ner i fett och det Àr dÀrför min fokus har varit pÄ kondition och förbrÀnning av kalorier ett tag. Sen ska jag inte ljuga, jag Àlskar bÄde crosstrainern och löpbandet och jag gillar att variera dessa. Jag leker oftast med lutningen och med hastigheten tills jag hittar vad som passar mig och min kropp.

Hur som haver, idag vill jag tipsa er om hur ni kan förbrÀnna mycket kalorier. HÀromdagen testade jag att höja lutningen till max, som Àr 15 pÄ mitt löpband och jag valde hastigheten 8. Detta blev powerwalking för min del och jag kÀnde att det var perfekt, det var jobbigt men tillrÀckligt för att jag ska klara 60 minuter. Wow, det var sÄ kul och imorgon ska jag köra samma upplÀgg, kanske vÄgar jag höja pÄ hastigheten lite, ah vi fÄr se! Ni borde testa och if you do, let me know <3 TÀnk pÄ att vÀlja en lutning och hastighet som passar er, som inte Àr för jobbig men ÀndÄ jobbig. Ni fixar det! Love, S

What do you need?
A blender  
Acai berries (frozen or in powder)
2 bananas 
frozen berries
1 teaspoon coconut oil  
coconut flakes

Good morning lovies! Hope you woke up to the sun because I didn’t haha ​​:) We actually had some nice weather yesterday and apparently it will be back tomorrow so my fingers are crossed. Above you can see what I have been eating for breakfast the last few days, acai bowl. It’s so tasty and not cheap if you want to eat it out so I thought it was time to try to do it myself! I am convinced that you have all seen acai bowls everywhere on the internet in the past year, but for those who don’t know what it is, it’s a superberry from the Amazon that has a high content of antioxidants which is good to add in your diet.

So, how do you do it? Well, I would like to say that it’s two steps. The first step is the “smoothie” that I made by mixing the acai berries, a banana, some frozen raspberry and a teaspoon coconut oil. When this is done, I just pour it into a bowl and then go for step two, the topping. You can decide what you want to top it with, but I chose strawberries, banana, coconut flakes and granola. I usually also add peanut peanut butter (love it) but this morning I didn’t have something left. What I like with acai bowls is that you can really experiment just the way you want it, both with the smoothie and with the topping. I hope you like it! Love, S

Det Ă€r sĂ„ himla gott och inte direkt billigt om man vill Ă€ta det ute sĂ„ jag tyckte det var dags att testa att göra det sjĂ€lv! Jag Ă€r övertygad om att ni alla har sett acai bowls överallt pĂ„ internet det senaste Ă„ret men för er som inte vet vad det Ă€r, sĂ„ Ă€r det ett superbĂ€r frĂ„n Amazonas som har ett hög innehĂ„ll av antioxidanter vilket Ă€r bra att inkludera i sin kost. 

SĂ„ hur gör man? jo jag skulle vilja sĂ€ga att det Ă€r tvĂ„ steg. Första steget Ă€r sjĂ€lva “smoothien” som jag fĂ„tt till genom att mixa acai bĂ€ren, en banan, en dl frysta hallon, & en tesked kokosolja. It’s been a while since I shared something in the beauty category and considering the fact that I have found two new favorites that I’m completely obsessed with, I thought I’d like to introduce them to you as well 🙂 So first out is this matte lipstick from bareMireals. I only wear matte lipsticks and colors in the same color scale, a little nude/pink-ish. I often get questions about what I have on my lips and above you see the answer, at least for the last few months! Sometimes I also add a lip pencil. This lipstick comes in a liquid form, is easy to apply, smells good and is not dry as other matte lipsticks usually are. If you like matte lipstick, I would highly recommend this one!

Next out we have a new favorite, a mascara from Isadora. Mascara is an important product in my makeup collection, because I think it makes such a big difference and therefore you always want to find the best. Ever  since the first time I tried this one, I haven’t used anyone else. It’s really so good, not smudgy at all and your eyelashes looks perfect after applying it. I have recommended it to friends and they love it too so now I recommending it to you guys! You will not be disappointed. Love, S

Enda sedan första gÄngen jag testade denna sÄ jag har inte anvÀnt mig av nÄgon annan. Den Àr verkligen sÄ grym, inte alls kladdig och fransarna blir helt perfekta. After all my searching and searching for the right carpet, I have finally found the perfect one for my livingroom. It “just” took me some months but I’m really happy I found it and I must admit that this one looks exactly how I imagined that the perfect one will do. I don’t know if I mentioned it but I got home 2 different carpets but none of them felt right and ginally the third one was perfect!

Good morning lovies and Happy Easter to you! Today we’re going to celebrate Easter here at home and have lunch with the family and eat a lot of eggs 🙂 Because it’s the 1st of April today, I wanted to check in here and share the new challenge. I’m so happy and proud of all of you who participated in my #marchchallenge. You have been so committed and fought, sent pictures and finally managed the challenge. Wow, imagine how much motivation we can give each other and what you can accomplish together!

As for the #aprilchallenge, I have thought and decided that 20 workouts a month are perfect, I didn’t want to raise or lower the amount so we will do 20 workouts for this month as well. What is different is that I will include the food. What do we know? After all, training and diet goes hand in hand, and in order to get the best results, you should take do the both parts. So, the challenge for April is, in addition to 20 workouts, to have one cheat-day a week, that means 4 cheat days in total durin April. I hope it feels just as good for you as for me. I have to admit that it will be a challenge, especially when it comes to chocolate/candy and all the goodies, but I’m convinced that I will make it. You as well. To give you an extra push, I thought I’d share my exercise schedule the next week. I have also written what days I intend to workout and have already planned all days during April in my calendar. This is a tip and you should all do it! So, are you ready?!

2/4: 10min powerwalking, 6 leg/glutes exercises, 20min powerwalking.
3/4: 30min crosstrainer, 5 min rowing, 5 ab exercises.
5/4: 5min rowing, 3 biceps exercises, 3 back exercises, 30min powerwalking
6/4: 10min powerwalking, 5 leg/glutes exercises, 3 ab exercises
8/4: 60min powerwalking, 3 triceps, 3 back exercises

Idag firar vi pĂ„sk hĂ€r hemma och ska ha lunch med familjen och Ă€ta en massa Ă€gg 🙂 Eftersom att det Ă€r första April idag ville jag kika in hĂ€r och dela med mig av vĂ„r nya utmaning. Jag Ă€r sĂ„ glad och stolt över er alla som deltog i min #marchchallenge. Ni har varit sĂ„ engagerade och kĂ€mpat, skickat bilder och slutligen klarat utmaningen. Wow, fatta hur mycket motivation vi kan ge varandra och vad man tillsammans kan Ă„stadkomma!

Vad det gÀller #aprilchallenge, har jag funderat och kommit fram till att 20 pass i mÄnaden Àr perfekt, jag ville inte höja eller sÀnka sÄ vi kommer köra 20 pass denna mÄnaden ocksÄ. Det som Àr annorlunda Àr att jag kommer att inkludera maten. För vad vet vi? jo nÀmligen att trÀning och kost gÄr hand i hand och för att fÄ fram bÀsta möjliga resultat bör man sköta bÄda delarna. SÄ, utmaningen för April blir, förutom 20 pass, att hÄlla sig till en cheat dag i veckan, det vill sÀga 4 cheat dagar sammanlagt under april mÄnad. Hoppas det kÀnns lika bra för er som för mig. Jag mÄste erkÀnna att det kommer att bli en utmaning, speciellt vad det gÀller choklad/godis och alla godsaker, men jag Àr övertygad om att jag fixar detta. Ni likasÄ. För att ge er en extra push tÀnkte jag dela med mig av mitt trÀningsschema den kommande veckan. Jag har Àven skrivit vilka dagar jag tÀnkt trÀna och har redan planerat in samtliga dagar under April.
