BUTT EXERCISES

Morning hearts. Here’s a workout video that many have been asking for. The focus is on the butt and legs, we like 😉 Feel free to leave a comment with your opinion. Then I wonder, what do you prefer, videos or pictures? I want to change the concept a bit with my training posts since they sometimes get pretty boring I think. What do you think?   • Videon var riktigt fint filmad! TrĂ„kigt dock att den laddades upp i sĂ„ himla litet format :/ Rörlig bild Ă€r alltid bĂ€ttre eftersom man dĂ„ ser exakt hur du utför övningarna och det blir lite mer personligt Ă€ven fast du inte sĂ€ger nĂ„got 🙂

  • I think that Videos are way better. I can see how to make something exactly right and you can also say what is important to do and what we should not do, because it wouldn’t be right. So I often see pictures and descriptions but at the end I still don’t know if I did it right ! Thanks to your video a see what to do and copy it haha 🙂 thanks so much !

  • Absolut, det Ă€r jag med pĂ„! DĂ€rför jag döpte övningarna till ben och rumpa. De flesta rumpövningarna trĂ€nar benen

  • you have soooo beautful leggins!!! .. but videos are definitely much better ! 🙂 love all three exercises but the leg press is definitely one of my favourite. It is such a pitty that it is not possible to do at home because it is something that I would like to do every day.
