Heeeeeey guys! It was a few days ago I wrote here. Now I am back in Sweden again and it feels good 🙂 Sitting here with my favorite porridge and writing my food schedule for the next 25 days. Because I got a muscle strain, I wasn’t able to workout. Also, I was careless with my diet so now I’m psyched to follow a healthy food schedule and a tough training schedule.
.
Now I will answer some emails and prepare a couple of posts for you. By the way, if you are going to Dubrovnik you must eat at the place “Lokanda”, amazing food with a wonderful sea view. Talk to  you later, Love S!

Heeeeej vĂ€nner! Det var nĂ„gra dagar sedan jag skrev. Nu Ă€r jag hemma i Sverige igen och det kĂ€nns skönt 🙂 Sitter hĂ€r med mitt favorit gröt och skriver mitt matschema inför kommande 25 dagarna. Eftersom att jag fick en muskelbristning fick jag inte trĂ€na alls. Utöver det, slarvade jag med kosten sĂ„ nu Ă€r jag taggad inför ett nyttigt, hĂ€lsosamt matschema och ett tufft trĂ€ningschema.

Nu ska jag svara pĂ„ mejl och förbereda de kommande inlĂ€ggen till er. Förresten, Ă„ker ni till Dubrovnik mĂ„ste ni Ă€ta pĂ„ stĂ€llet “Lokanda”, underbar mat med en underbar utsikt ut mot havet. Hörs sedan, Love S!
