Hey lovies! Is everything good with you? I’m sitting here at home and fixing some things for my company, you know, all the borring things 🙂 When I get ready, the idea is that I’m going to shoot some new pictures with some new clothes I got but I also have to complete my task. As you know, I graduated this summer but got a supplement to my task and that’s the one I have to do now. A tip, never move your tasks forward, it gets harder and harder for each day! Instead do them as soon as you can.

Later today I’m going to the gym and tonight I have no plans. K is in Stockholm so I’ll just chill here at home, after all, I have a little work to do. One thing on the list is to plan the #Aprilchallenge and guess if I’m hyped for that! Then I’m all free and tomorrow me and Natalie thought about going out for some dinner here in Malmö. There is a place called “Kol” that has good food, great drinks and a nice atmosphere (tips).  What’s your plans? Share it! Hugs to you! Love, S

Hey kära ni! Är allting bra med er? Själv sitter jag här hemma och fixar med lite företagsgrejer, ni vet de tråkiga grejerna 🙂 När jag blir klar är tanken att jag ska fota lite nya plagg som jag fått hem men även slutföra mitt examensarbete. Som ni vet tog jag examen i somras men fick en komplettering på mitt arbete och det är den jag måste ta tag i. Ett tips, flytta aldrig fram inlämningar, det blir på riktigt svårare och svårare för varje dag som går!

Senare idag ska jag iväg till gymmet och ikväll har jag inga planer. K är i Stockholm så jag ska nog bara ta det lugnt här hemma, har trots allt lite jobb att göra. En sak som står på listan är att planera #Aprilchallenge och gissa om jag är taggad! Sen blir det helg och imorgon tänkte jag och Natalie gå ut och käka på Kol här i Malmö. De har god mat, goda drinkar och skön atmosfär (tips). Hur ser era planer ut? Dela med e! Kram så länge! Love, S

  • Love your fitness and food posts! I have been following your account for several years now, back when it was almost fitness only haha. I like your lifestyle postings as well but I kind of miss some more posts on recipes, workout tipps etc. What are your favorite ab workouts for example? And I was wondering if you plan all your exercises ahead for the month? And if yes, how would such a month look like?
    Keep up the good work! Its such a motivation.

    I am doing your March Challenge now in April btw. Looking forward to it 😀
