FOOD FOOD FOOD

July is running and my goals for this month are set, 20 workout sessions, a good diet and 3 cheating days before I go on vacation! I felt it was time to put in an extra kick before I go to Croatia and I think I will make it 🙂 Also, some of you jumped on the challenge and it’s always fun to see! Today, I did my 4th workout  and I thank myself because I managed to get up this morning, the feeling afterwards is magical.

One thing many of you often ask me is “What do you eat during your healthy diet?” and above, I have documented a bit just to show you. When it comes to food, I think one of the hardest challenges is to eat healthy and stay away from sweets. This is also one of the reasons why I choose to burn many calories in the gym, I love to eat unhealthy food. As I mentioned earlier, I eat eggs for breakfast quite often, just because it can be prepared in many different ways and of course, because it’s so tasty. The rest of the food I eat during the day may not be the funniest, but sometimes it’s a matter of discipline and just do it. If you have a goal then you should do everything to reach it! I mean, the last thing I will I want to think about during my vacation is to eat healthy (or? Haha). Well, to be honest I prefer to work hard now and then enjoy on my vacation. Btw, I have two tips for you when it comes to food. 1. Boil cabbage and eat it as either mash or as rice (cut small pieces). On the first picture, I ate it with salmon, very tasty and a healthier alternative. 2. Bean pasta, tastes exactly like ordinary pasta just the fact that it contains more fibers and makes you fuller, try it! Now I’m off to Emporia. Wish you a great weekend! Love, S

Juli Ă€r igĂ„ng och mĂ„len Ă€r satta, 20 pass, en nyttig diet och 3 fusk-dagar innan jag Ă„ker pĂ„ semester! Jag kĂ€nde att det var dags att lĂ€gga in en extra kick innan jag Ă„ker ivĂ€g till Kroatien och det ska jag nog klara av 🙂 SĂ„g Ă€ven att nĂ„gra av er hoppat pĂ„ utmaningen och det Ă€r alltid lika kul att se! Idag bockade jag av mitt 4 pass och jag tackar mig sjĂ€lv för att jag orkade stiga upp imorse, kĂ€nslan efterĂ„t Ă€r ju magisk.

En sak mĂ„nga av er ofta frĂ„gar Ă€r “Vad Ă€ter du under din diet?” och ovan har jag dokumenterat en del just för att visa er. NĂ€r det kommer till mat sĂ„ anser jag att en av de svĂ„raste utmaningarna Ă€r att Ă€ta nyttigt och hĂ„lla sig borta frĂ„n sötsaker. Detta Ă€r ocksĂ„ en av anledningarna till  varför jag vĂ€ljer att förbrĂ€nna mĂ„nga kalorier pĂ„ gymmet, jag Ă€lskaaaar att Ă€ta onyttig mat. Som jag tidigare nĂ€mnt Ă€ter jag Ă€gg till frukost ganska sĂ„ ofta just för att det gĂ„r att tillaga pĂ„ mĂ„nga olika sĂ€tt och sĂ„klart för att det Ă€r sĂ„ gott! Resten av maten jag Ă€ter under dagen kanske inte Ă€r den roligaste men ibland gĂ€ller det att ha disciplin och bara köra pĂ„. Har man mĂ„l sĂ„ gör man allt för att nĂ„ dem! Jag menar, det sista jag kommer tĂ€nka pĂ„ under min semester Ă€r att Ă€ta nyttigt (eller? haha). NĂ€ men skĂ€mt Ă„sido, jag föredrar att köra hĂ„rt nu för att sedan njuta pĂ„ semestern. Btw, jag har tvĂ„ tips i matvĂ€g, som jag vill dela med mig av! 1. Koka vitkĂ„l och Ă€t det som antingen mos eller som ris (skĂ€r smĂ„ bitar). PĂ„ den första bilden Ă€ter jag det med lax, hur gott som helst och ett lite nyttigare alternativ. 2. Bönpasta, smakar exakt som vanlig pasta bara det faktum att det innehĂ„ller mer fibrer och mĂ€ttar mer. Nu ska jag kila ivĂ€g till Emporia, önskar er en grym helg! Love, S
