Heeeey guys! As you probably already know, I’m back home from Mexico and it’s time to tell you more about our experiences over there. Tulum is and has been a very popular destination for many years now and I’m glad that I got the chance to experience it, together with my brother.
Where did we live?
The very first days in Tulum we stayed at a private retreat called “Playääkun Lyxury Villa” located inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere in Tulum (south end of Tulum). One of the reasons I liked this area was because we had days when we were all alone at the beach, imagine that!
The Villa we lived in was huuuuge and we shared it with other people but had our own room. We also had a chef and a staff (the best) who constantly was around if we needed something. This was one of the benefits living with other people, actually getting to know them. Don’t this place look like paradise?
What did we do?
Tata Tulum: This place was nice and like many of the places that are located right on the beach, we had to pay an amount of money (we also got to eat for the money and got our own sun beds) if we wanted to get in there. But if you want to go there for a drink, check if you can because I’m pretty sure that you are supposed to be able to do this. Other alternatives with nice “beach vibes” are Coco tulum, Nest tulum, Nomad etc. You have so so many since they are all located next to each other on the beach and the beach is like 7-8km long.
Grand cenote: This was a MUST so one morning we woke up a bit earlier, rented a car and went here. I think we was there at around 8-9 but unfortunately even though we thought that we were early and it wouldn’t be so many people there, it was. So, if you want to capture some nice shots with less people, wake up EARLY. However this place was so cool and beautiful at the same time. If you come here, have in mind that you have to pay an entrance fee and stay here for at least a couple of hours.
Biking: Another MUST that I think you should experience if you visit Tulum. It’s fun and it’s easier to get to places in case you don’t have a car. Al though I must admit that we regret that we didn’t rent a car from the Cancun airport right away instead of renting it two days and then going with taxi the rest of the days as it turned out to be more expensive.
Pablo Escobar’s Tulum mansion – Casa Malca: This place was cool! We stopped here to capture some photos and it looks incredible! But if you’re planing to visit, I would rather recommend you to come here and stay at the beach for a couple of hours.
Kin Toh: You have probably not missed this spectacular place! It’s a restaurant at the Azulik resort, which you must have seen on instagram. Just like many other hotels here in Tulum, they have a sustainable thinking (+++). We didn’t have the time to explore the hotel, which I think you should if you visit, but we went for drinks at the restaurant. If you ask me, this is not only a restaurant, this is whole experience.
Nomade: After many recommendations we decided to visit Nomade. We went there for lunch and I must say that the whole hotel- and area was so beautiful. For lunch me and Alen chose shrimp tacos since I got it recommended but to be honest this was less good, especially since the princes here are a high. Besides of this I liked the atmosphere and the vibe at this place.
Suytun cenote: After seeing pictures of this magical place, we just had to visit it. So, one morning we rented a car and went there. I took us around 1,5h to get there from Tulum beach and we arrived at around 9.30am. It opens at 9 so once again, try to be here before 9 and I’m sure that they would let you in anyway. Me and Alen had like 1 minute to capture a picture without any people hehe. However, this place was interesting, mysterious and impressive. One tip that I must give you is, when you’re planing to visit Chichen Itza (a must), visit this place first, as it’s on the way!

Dress: & Other stories (here) One of the days in Dubai, we decided to visit the Shangri-La hotel. We started with lunch by the pool-area, followed by a couple massage (in the same room) that we both needed. We enjoyed it a lot but one thing was sure and that was the fact that we will never choose a “couple massage” again. You know that moment when you’re supposed to be all relaxed and quiet, but as soon as we looked at each other, you want to laugh so hard haha, yess that was us! However, after the massage we went to the pool that you see above. The view was AMAZING and we ended this day by watching the sunset (the first picture). Fun fact: The view from this hotel is so crazy that minutes before the sunset, this place was filled with photographers that wanted to capture it. One activity that I was very excited for was going back to the desert. Me and Kristian had done a similar experience before and we really liked it so we wanted to go back here. The difference from the first time we did it, was that this time, we went with Platinum Heritage, that is also the most awarded one in Dubai. We chose to go there during sunset and along with this we got to experience a lot of different parts. We learn about Dubai as it was 50 years ago (very interesting), drove around in a vintage 1950’s Land Rover and watched a falcon show. We also went to a Bedouin camp where we enjoyed some great meals and had the opportunity to do some cultural activities. In all of this we had the opportunity to get to know other people from around world, which always is something fun. Both me and Kristian was very happy with the experience and if you’re visiting Dubai, doing safari is a must.Dress: Storets (here) – Bag: Dior – Shoes: Hermes (here) – Sunglasses: Chimi eyewear (here)Another thing you can’t miss when in Dubai is the water aquarium, either at the Dubai mall or at the Atlantis hotel. This picture is taken at the Atlantis hotel and we decided to go there for lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant “Bread street kitchen”which was very tasty and afterwards we checked out The Lost Chambers. I think it’s so fascinating to watch all the fishes and being so close to them, definitely an experience. There are also other activities to do when visiting the Palm such as going to any of the beaches.Dress: Lovers & friend (here) – Bag: Dior (My mums old one) – Earrings: Lily & Rose (here)
Dubai Marina is also one place I would like recommend, especially during sunset/night-time. It’s really nice to take a walk on the beach or just enjoy some of the restaurants. Like always, Dubai treated us very good even though we were only there for four full days and not 10 (like you may think because of all the pictures haha). Thank you Dubai for this time and we will be back for sure! If you guys have any questions regarding Dubai, please feel free to ask and I would love to answer them. Love, S

Another place I visited for the first time is Drift beach which is located in the resort One & Only mirage. We took a drink here and took some nice photos during the sunset. It is quite big and you can also rent sunbeds either by the pool or at the beach, they have a restaurant and also a bar. Are you looking for a nice location to take som pictures at, this place is 10 points!
Days like these, when you get the opportunity to work somewhere outside of your country, bring someone close with you like in this case, my mom, are days I really feel so thankful for. To work with something I deeply love and at the same time get paid for it? yes, what else can I say besides that you should never giving up on your dreams. Love, S
Love, S

This is the entrance to El Chiringuito, so pretty right!
We had this place for ourselves. Dreamy <3
They had a nice pool also! And some tasty starters. The squids was the best 🙂
My rock! <3
Hello my beauties, hope you are great! As you may have seen, I’m back in wonderful Dubai! I really love this city and I’m always as happy to come back 🙂 I’m here for an event together with By Killian but have also extended my stay for a few days since I thought that its better to stay and shoot my upcoming collaborations in this warm and beautiful environment.
So, the other day me and my mom (who is here with me) went to a place I haven’t been to before, El Chiringuito, a beach club in the hotel Rixos located at the palm island. I was very impressed by this place I must say, the interior was nice (photo-friendly), they had very good food and a great atmosphere. We were there a couple of hours, working and chilling. Tips, tips!
Tips tips!

Always the best welcome <3 Such a pretty room though!
Lunch-time and I loved this meal! Both me and N chose the suggestion of the day and we got this pasta with wild mushrooms lingere and some beef, so so tasty! Also we had to add fries, like always 😉
Then we got the opportunity to check out the suites in the hotel and this one caught my eye, The Riviera suite. I got so inspired by the furniture and just loved the color combination on the sofa.
Then we went out for a walk. Wearing a cap from Lack of color, Coat from Tularosa, Shirt from Vergiegirl, pants from Nelly, Sunglasses from Prada, bag from Gucci and boots from Louis Vuitton.
Coffe-time in the sun
can we talk about bathroom goals?
no words needed
It was a short visit at home in Malmö before it was time to fly to Cannes. Paris didn’t have good weather at all, so I didn’t hesitate to go to Cannes, even if it would be for three days. Me and Natalie that came along, stayed at one of my favorite hotels, namely Hotel Barriere Le Majestic. The view from each room is absolutely magical and you certainly haven’t missed that 🙂 Once in Cannes, we did nothing special, but only enjoyed the better weather, spent time at our hotel, ate lunch/dinner and even went to the gym. Besides this we walked around in the area, took some photos and just chilled. Sometimes it’s enough to go away for only 2-3 days and come back with new energy and motivation. Now it’s a bit comical that it comes from me who travels but also from other peoples perspective, I know that it’s true. Hope you are all well and I hope you are going hard with March Challenge! Today will be my 9th session, can’t wait! Love, S
Love, S
