The last days in Tulum, me and my brother stayed at this beautiful beautiful villa called Zorba beach homes. The villa was huuuge and we had a lot of rooms, a big kitchen, a own pool and just everything you could ask for. If I ever come back to Tulum, this is the place I want to stay at, with a lot of friends! Just imagine only gathering all your favorite people and being in this villa together, on vacation in a warm country, cooking food together, playing games, enjoying late nights at the terass and much more! We had the best time here but unfortunately too short. Until next time <3
We had our own pool and it was not a small one!Fell in love with the interior right away! This is the kitchen area.View from our kitchen. Not bad right? The terass on the second floow. This area was really big! We watched the sunset from this place <3 One of the bedrooms and my favorite oneLooking out from the pool. We also had a beach were we could hang out as you can see.
Thank you for this time Zorba, it’s been a pleasure staying with you!

Heeeey guys! As you probably already know, I’m back home from Mexico and it’s time to tell you more about our experiences over there. Tulum is and has been a very popular destination for many years now and I’m glad that I got the chance to experience it, together with my brother.
Where did we live?
The very first days in Tulum we stayed at a private retreat called “Playääkun Lyxury Villa” located inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere in Tulum (south end of Tulum). One of the reasons I liked this area was because we had days when we were all alone at the beach, imagine that!
The Villa we lived in was huuuuge and we shared it with other people but had our own room. We also had a chef and a staff (the best) who constantly was around if we needed something. This was one of the benefits living with other people, actually getting to know them. Don’t this place look like paradise?
What did we do?
Tata Tulum: This place was nice and like many of the places that are located right on the beach, we had to pay an amount of money (we also got to eat for the money and got our own sun beds) if we wanted to get in there. But if you want to go there for a drink, check if you can because I’m pretty sure that you are supposed to be able to do this. Other alternatives with nice “beach vibes” are Coco tulum, Nest tulum, Nomad etc. You have so so many since they are all located next to each other on the beach and the beach is like 7-8km long.
Grand cenote: This was a MUST so one morning we woke up a bit earlier, rented a car and went here. I think we was there at around 8-9 but unfortunately even though we thought that we were early and it wouldn’t be so many people there, it was. So, if you want to capture some nice shots with less people, wake up EARLY. However this place was so cool and beautiful at the same time. If you come here, have in mind that you have to pay an entrance fee and stay here for at least a couple of hours.
Biking: Another MUST that I think you should experience if you visit Tulum. It’s fun and it’s easier to get to places in case you don’t have a car. Al though I must admit that we regret that we didn’t rent a car from the Cancun airport right away instead of renting it two days and then going with taxi the rest of the days as it turned out to be more expensive.
Pablo Escobar’s Tulum mansion – Casa Malca: This place was cool! We stopped here to capture some photos and it looks incredible! But if you’re planing to visit, I would rather recommend you to come here and stay at the beach for a couple of hours.
Kin Toh: You have probably not missed this spectacular place! It’s a restaurant at the Azulik resort, which you must have seen on instagram. Just like many other hotels here in Tulum, they have a sustainable thinking (+++). We didn’t have the time to explore the hotel, which I think you should if you visit, but we went for drinks at the restaurant. If you ask me, this is not only a restaurant, this is whole experience.
Nomade: After many recommendations we decided to visit Nomade. We went there for lunch and I must say that the whole hotel- and area was so beautiful. For lunch me and Alen chose shrimp tacos since I got it recommended but to be honest this was less good, especially since the princes here are a high. Besides of this I liked the atmosphere and the vibe at this place.
Suytun cenote: After seeing pictures of this magical place, we just had to visit it. So, one morning we rented a car and went there. I took us around 1,5h to get there from Tulum beach and we arrived at around 9.30am. It opens at 9 so once again, try to be here before 9 and I’m sure that they would let you in anyway. Me and Alen had like 1 minute to capture a picture without any people hehe. However, this place was interesting, mysterious and impressive. One tip that I must give you is, when you’re planing to visit Chichen Itza (a must), visit this place first, as it’s on the way!

– This post is in collaboration w/ Lapoint surfcamp –
Just as the title sounds, I’ve found a new love, surfing! As I told you before, I was in Bali with Lapoint and spent 7 days at their surf camp. 6 of 7 days we had surf lessons which meant we went to the surfing facility in Sanur and had surf lessons. I was level 1 (You can read about it HERE). For each day that went by, I felt how fun this really is and that I only want to get better. At the same time, I will admit that I think it’s scary and my respect for the ocean has only grown. I admit that I thought “I’m dying” several times when I saw a 1-2 meter high wave in front of my eyes, but at the same time I should point out that the feeling of catching a wave is indescribable. You get so happy and really feel yess, I did it! The hardest part of surfing was no doubt to paddle with your arms. I hate training arms in the gym but here I was reminded that it really is necessary if I want to be good at surfing (which I want!).
Above I share some pictures we took with a surfboard but I feel that we failed haha. I’m waiting to get the real surf pictures (where I actually surfing) but I can promise you that it will not be a beautiful sight haha, but still want to share the real version of what it actually looked like with you guys!
Before I finish this blog post, I would like to thank Lapoint for this wonderful and memorable experience that me and Lisa shared with them. If you ever thought about trying to surf then I must say DO IT! It’s so much fun and I can heartily recommend Lapoint surfcamp. If there is something you’re wondering about, let me know! Love, S
Man blir så glad och känner verkligen yess, I did it!
Undrar ni något mer specifikt, let me know! Love, S

So Ibiza! My time in Ibiza passed by so fast. Overall, we had two days and considering all I had to do, two days consisted of creating material for some coming jobs. A little sad since I really wanted to stay for a couple of days to explore the island, but maybe in the furutre (I hope)! At least, we did some hiking and went to the island of Formentera, which was our prio.
We stayed at Ibiza Sun Apartments and we got a small apartment. I have to admit that I love hotels that are built as small apartments. Even though you don’t spend much time in the room, it is still nice that you can buy your own food and cook it whenever you want. When I go on holiday and stay for a longer period, I always prefer apartments, mainly because I can decide what to eat. Not because I can’t when I have a room without a kitchen, but you know that you usually take the first best when you are hungry and usually it’s junk food haha. Me and the girls had a stay at the hotel with good food and a very nice staff. The hotel is also picture-friendly as you can see and another good thing is that it’s centrally located, yet in a quieter environment, which is a big plus. Why? Simply because 90% of all people who visits Ibiza are here to party and then It might be nice to have a slightly quieter hotel so you really rest. Now I’m going to the gym for a W-O-R-K-O-U-T, something I haven’t done in about 2 weeks. See you on snapchat! Love, S
Love, S
