Heeeey guys! As you probably already know, I’m back home from Mexico and it’s time to tell you more about our experiences over there. Tulum is and has been a very popular destination for many years now and I’m glad that I got the chance to experience it, together with my brother.
Where did we live?
The very first days in Tulum we stayed at a private retreat called “Playääkun Lyxury Villa” located inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere in Tulum (south end of Tulum). One of the reasons I liked this area was because we had days when we were all alone at the beach, imagine that!
The Villa we lived in was huuuuge and we shared it with other people but had our own room. We also had a chef and a staff (the best) who constantly was around if we needed something. This was one of the benefits living with other people, actually getting to know them. Don’t this place look like paradise?
What did we do?
Tata Tulum: This place was nice and like many of the places that are located right on the beach, we had to pay an amount of money (we also got to eat for the money and got our own sun beds) if we wanted to get in there. But if you want to go there for a drink, check if you can because I’m pretty sure that you are supposed to be able to do this. Other alternatives with nice “beach vibes” are Coco tulum, Nest tulum, Nomad etc. You have so so many since they are all located next to each other on the beach and the beach is like 7-8km long.
Grand cenote: This was a MUST so one morning we woke up a bit earlier, rented a car and went here. I think we was there at around 8-9 but unfortunately even though we thought that we were early and it wouldn’t be so many people there, it was. So, if you want to capture some nice shots with less people, wake up EARLY. However this place was so cool and beautiful at the same time. If you come here, have in mind that you have to pay an entrance fee and stay here for at least a couple of hours.
Biking: Another MUST that I think you should experience if you visit Tulum. It’s fun and it’s easier to get to places in case you don’t have a car. Al though I must admit that we regret that we didn’t rent a car from the Cancun airport right away instead of renting it two days and then going with taxi the rest of the days as it turned out to be more expensive.
Pablo Escobar’s Tulum mansion – Casa Malca: This place was cool! We stopped here to capture some photos and it looks incredible! But if you’re planing to visit, I would rather recommend you to come here and stay at the beach for a couple of hours.
Kin Toh: You have probably not missed this spectacular place! It’s a restaurant at the Azulik resort, which you must have seen on instagram. Just like many other hotels here in Tulum, they have a sustainable thinking (+++). We didn’t have the time to explore the hotel, which I think you should if you visit, but we went for drinks at the restaurant. If you ask me, this is not only a restaurant, this is whole experience.
Nomade: After many recommendations we decided to visit Nomade. We went there for lunch and I must say that the whole hotel- and area was so beautiful. For lunch me and Alen chose shrimp tacos since I got it recommended but to be honest this was less good, especially since the princes here are a high. Besides of this I liked the atmosphere and the vibe at this place.
Suytun cenote: After seeing pictures of this magical place, we just had to visit it. So, one morning we rented a car and went there. I took us around 1,5h to get there from Tulum beach and we arrived at around 9.30am. It opens at 9 so once again, try to be here before 9 and I’m sure that they would let you in anyway. Me and Alen had like 1 minute to capture a picture without any people hehe. However, this place was interesting, mysterious and impressive. One tip that I must give you is, when you’re planing to visit Chichen Itza (a must), visit this place first, as it’s on the way!

Hi lovies, I hope you’re doing great <3 I have totally forgot to show you what I got from Mateus, I even photographed it in December. This was my preparation for my birthday dinner that I had for some friends here at home, cozy right? I think Mateus have so amazing products but my favorites are without a the plates with bubbles!
Otherwise I’m sitting here at home and will soon prepare some oatmeal with oatmeal milk, something I have head a lot about lately but haven’t tried. I have never liked oatmeal made with water and I avoid dairy products (milk) so hopefully this will taste good! Love, S<3
Kramis <3

The rooms at Vault are really pretty and gives you a “home” feeling which I think it’s nice! Venti Trattoria serves smaller dishes, which makes it a bit more fun and exiting! One dish you have to try is “The roll”. The hotel has the perfect location, right in the middle of everything!
Sunday evening was spent at this nice, newly opened hotel in Helsingborg. Me and a girl friend decided to be meet & since she lives in Halmstad & i in Malmö it was optimal to meet in Helsingborg. There was also a Balkan concert that evening, which resulted in Helsingborg being a the perfect place to meet! We took the opportunity to check in at Vault, which the hotel is called and booked table at their Italian restaurant Venti Trattoria. The food at the restaurant was really really good and I loved that there were smaller dishes so we ordered a lot of food and tried what they had to offer. Both satisfied, we went to the room where we just took it easy before it was time to go to the concert. This was a very successful day and evening and I hope you had it at least as good as us! Love, S
Love, S

Zagreb was AMAZING! Me and my friend Ines went there on a press trip to explore the Christmas in Zagreb and did you know that they have won 3 prices in a row for having the best Christmas markets? thats pretty cool! However, we were there together with @Croatiafulloflife and a couple of other Influencers/photgrafers from different places around the world.
Like most of the time when going on these kinds of trips, you have a full schedule so we tried to explore as much as we could during 3 days. Besides of the Christmas markets, we also went to Plitvice Lakes which was amazing but it would have been more interesting if everything was covered by snow. Then we also went to Salajland, a Christmas park with more than 2.5 million lights and own by the family Salaj. This was awesome, if you havent been there, go!
So if you ask me, I had a great trip and I will definitely come back to Zagreb 🙂 Fun fact: Just before the trip I asked my mother if we ever visited Zagreb when I was younger and she told me that we actually lived there for 6 months when I was a baby haha! Has anyone of you been there? Love, S

Yeeey finally I can share these pictures on my “new” home with you guys! As you can see, I have made some changes as I felt that I wasn’t really satisfied with how everything looked like before and now it’s all coming together! I have now lived in this apartment for about 1,5 years and I guess it’s true like they say, you never really get 100% satisfied and you always want to change things haha 🙂
The biggest changes are my bedroom (as it was kind of empty before), my hall and my lovely lamp in the livingroom. You maybe also notice that I changed the legs on the sofa & colored the legs on my table. Last but not least, meet Maggan, my new banana plant that I was searching for for so long and now she gives the room an extra touch 🙂 All of the products I linked below can be purchased on Confident Living and in collaboration with them, I also got the opportinity to share a the code “SKOPLJAK21” that gives you 21% discount, available the whole weekend. Confident Living is actually one of my favorite interior shops as you can find so many nice pieces for your home, they basically have everything you need. Head over there and check out their assortment and while there I’m sure you will find some perfect Christmas Gifts, if not for someone else, then for yourself 🙂 Love, S
Love, S
