MYKONOS PEARLS

Yess, Mykonos is as pretty as I imagined, if not prettier 🙂 I mean, just look at this dreamy place!
One of the benefits with having a villa, you can make whatever breakfast you want for yourself! The sunsets were so beautiful from our villa so we took the opportinity to shoot. 180 Sunset bar – This place was cool, had a beautiful view and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately it was full so we only came for a drink!Beautiful! As a flower lover, i couldn’t get enough of them in Mykonos. Baby <3
Mykonos Pearls – Our villa <3 Most of the days we spent at our villa, chilling by the pool, working and enjoying life. Happy Sendi Amazing right? Imagine that we had this place all by ourselves! My baby. And the city center as a view behind us!Dinner ready. Stole my boyfriends blazer and I love it!

Hi guys! I hope you’re doing good <3 As you may have seen, me and Kristian went to Mykonos for the first time ever. Have you been there? Mykonos is one of the places we both have heard so so much about but never been to, so I guess it was time 🙂 We stayed at Mykonos Pearls, had a huge villa for ourselves and it was amazing. The villa had everything we needed and more. You probably know that I love staying at villas when I’m abroad, and this was no exception. Hope you liked the pictures and don’t forget to watch out Mykonos vlog HERE. Love, S

ZORBA BEACH HOUSE TULUM

The last days in Tulum, me and my brother stayed at this beautiful beautiful villa called Zorba beach homes. The villa was huuuge and we had a lot of rooms, a big kitchen, a own pool and just everything you could ask for. If I ever come back to Tulum, this is the place I want to stay at, with a lot of friends! Just imagine only gathering all your favorite people and being in this villa together, on vacation in a warm country, cooking food together, playing games, enjoying late nights at the terass and much more! We had the best time here but unfortunately too short. Until next time <3

We had our own pool and it was not a small one!Fell in love with the interior right away! This is the kitchen area.View from our kitchen. Not bad right? The terass on the second floow. This area was really big! We watched the sunset from this place <3   One of the bedrooms and my favorite oneLooking out from the pool. We also had a beach were we could hang out as you can see.

Thank you for this time Zorba, it’s been a pleasure staying with you!

HOLA TULUM!

Heeeey guys! As you probably already know, I’m back home from Mexico and it’s time to tell you more about our experiences over there. Tulum is and has been a very popular destination for many years now and I’m glad that I got the chance to experience it, together with my brother.

Where did we live?

The very first days in Tulum we stayed at a private retreat called “Playääkun Lyxury Villa” located inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere in Tulum (south end of Tulum). One of the reasons I liked this area was because we had days when we were all alone at the beach, imagine that!
The Villa we lived in was huuuuge and we shared it with other people but had our own room. We also had a chef and a staff (the best) who constantly was around if we needed something. This was one of the benefits living with other people, actually getting to know them. Don’t this place look like paradise?

What did we do?

Tata Tulum: This place was nice and like many of the places that are located right on the beach, we had to pay an amount of money (we also got to eat for the money and got our own sun beds) if we wanted to get in there. But if you want to go there for a drink, check if you can because I’m pretty sure that you are supposed to be able to do this. Other alternatives with nice “beach vibes” are Coco tulum, Nest tulum, Nomad etc. You have so so many since they are all located next to each other on the beach and the beach is like 7-8km long.

Grand cenote: This was a MUST so one morning we woke up a bit earlier, rented a car and went here. I think we was there at around 8-9 but unfortunately even though we thought that we were early and it wouldn’t be so many people there, it was. So, if you want to capture some nice shots with less people, wake up EARLY. However this place was so cool and beautiful at the same time. If you come here, have in mind that you have to pay an entrance fee and stay here for at least a couple of hours.

Biking: Another MUST that I think you should experience if you visit Tulum. It’s fun and it’s easier to get to places in case you don’t have a car. Al though I must admit that we regret that we didn’t rent a car from the Cancun airport right away instead of renting it two days and then going with taxi the rest of the days as it turned out to be more expensive.

Pablo Escobar’s Tulum mansion – Casa MalcaThis place was cool! We stopped here to capture some photos and it looks incredible! But if you’re planing to visit, I would rather recommend you to come here and stay at the beach for a couple of hours.

Kin Toh: You have probably not missed this spectacular place! It’s a restaurant at the Azulik resort, which you must have seen on instagram. Just like many other hotels here in Tulum, they have a sustainable thinking (+++). We didn’t have the time to explore the hotel, which I think you should if you visit, but we went for drinks at the restaurant. If you ask me, this is not only a restaurant, this is whole experience.

NomadeAfter many recommendations we decided to visit Nomade. We went there for lunch and I must say that the whole hotel- and area was so beautiful. For lunch me and Alen chose shrimp tacos since I got it recommended but to be honest this was less good, especially since the princes here are a high. Besides of this I liked the atmosphere and the vibe at this place.

Suytun cenote: After seeing pictures of this magical place, we just had to visit it. So, one morning we rented a car and went there. I took us around 1,5h to get there from Tulum beach and we arrived at around 9.30am. It opens at 9 so once again, try to be here before 9 and I’m sure that they would let you in anyway. Me and Alen had like 1 minute to capture a picture without any people hehe. However, this place was  interesting, mysterious and impressive. One tip that I must give you is, when you’re planing to visit Chichen Itza (a must), visit this place first, as it’s on the way!

FEEL CONFIDENT IN WHATEVER YOU WEAR

My packing has already begun and my Croatia trip is getting closer. I remember in the past, how I always were that person who packed 1 day before my trip but now I prefer to start in time (10 days before) and pack a little everyday. This results in a smaller risk that I forget something and the planning of  my outfit is much better. A product that is undoubtedly included in my suitcase is my new Braun Silk-épil 9 Sensosmart  that I got home 10 days ago. I have previously used Braun Silk-épil 9 Skinspa and wrote a post about it HERE. This is a new version of the Silk Epil Series and for those who don’t know, this is a favorite for me when it comes to beauty products.

Personally, I’ve always had problems when it comes to shaving, since I have very rough and hard hairs and usually get a few inward hairs. In order to reduce that, I have to peel my legs often which means that it automatically takes more time. The new Braun Silke-Epil 9 Sensosmart allows you to get 5 treatments, exfoliation, shaving, massage, cleansing and epilation. The brushes contribute to a decrease in intact growth hair and gives you a much smoother and even skin, which is exactly what I’m looking for in this kind of product. Another thing that makes me like the product even more is the fact that you can use it in the shower, it feels easier and it feels less. If you’re looking for a hair removal product, so I can definitely recommend this, you will not regret it! You can find the product HERE. Now it’s time for me to do some errands so I wish you guys a great Thursday! Love, S

Love, S
